H&M brand after announcing it’s arrival to Croatia with 1.060,73m2 big add in the heart of Zagreb this time used this monumental scene to reveal the secrets their new collection.
22. September 2011 - Weekend Media Festival 11'
On 22nd of September, 2011. with the performance by The Bambi Molesters started the 4. Weekend Media Festival. Traditionally we attended this media event which hosted 3500 participants this year.
The three-day program consisted of interesting lectures and dynamic panels which spoke about all current issues in the media world, as well there were good concerts and top parties and all this one aging confirmed why The Weekend Media Festival his central Croatian event in media industry.
08. September 2011 - Creativity and innovation!
Just before sunset, on 07th September, at Jadranska Avenue we installed the biggest billboard extension - ever seen in this region.
With this we provided our client City Center One to verify that everything is possible only our imagination sets the limits.
20. May 2011 - Attractive and the largest wallscapes in Croatia
Always with you throughout big advertising campaigns.
On 19. May 2011 our client Tele 2 launched a new campaign, a majestic advertisement on 550m2 at central Zagreb's ban Josip Jelačić Square and advertisement on 350m2 at the Square Žabica in Rijeka.
10. April 2011 - OAAA/TAB NATIONAL CONVENTION & TRADE SHOW
From 11th until 13th of April 2011 we attended the OAAA/TAB NATIONAL CONVENTION & TRADE SHOW at breathtaking FONTAINEBLEAU in Miami Beach, Florida.
It was hosted by Nancy Fletcher (President & CEO, OAAA) and Joe Payne (President & CEO, TAB) who prepared a programme with an outstanding agenda, 17th lectures by relevant speakers, informative and stimulating workshops and panels.
They prepared and trade event that captured diversity, originality and innovations in outdoor advertising.
The programme concluded with a gala event, the OAAA's 69th Annual OBIE Awards, a celebration of creative excellence in Out of Home Advertising. OAAA awarded as the Best of Show OBIES Publicis agency from New York for their Pepto-Bismol campaign.
25. March 2011 - The largest ad in Croatia
Scenery which is ordinary for cities like New York, Berlin, Tokyo are finally a part of our Capital city.
On Thursday, March 24th, 2011. at the Main Square in Zagreb, Trg ban Josipa Jelačić is placed the largest, ever seen ad in Croatia.
It is the arrival of H&M brand to Croatia, with this ad Swedish brand confirmed its size by placing the ad which total size is 1.060,73m2.
21. October 2010 - Effie Awards ceremony 2010th
On 21st and 22nd October 2010. we participated in a two-day Effie conference which was about the effectiveness of marketing and it ended with the Effie awards ceremony.
Croatian Effie competition attracted the attention of local agencies and their clients; the prize was awarded in seven categories. The competition was between the best national advertising campaigns for the period from 1st January to 31st March 2009.
The winner of the evening was a relaunched Tomato campaign, brought by Vipnet and the Grey Worldwide Zagreb agency, they won the gold in the category of "Telecommunications services" and the Grand Prix-the award for the most effective campaign.
02. May 2010 - TAB OUT OF HOME MEDIA MARKETING CONFERENCE & EXPO
From 02nd to 04th May 2010.we attended the TAB OUT OF HOME MEDIA MARKETING CONFERENCE & EXPO, held at JW Marriott Desert Ridge Resort & Spa, Phoenix, AZ.
It was hosted by Jack Sullivan (TAB Chairman), Wally Kelly (OAAA Chairman), Joe Philport (TAB President & CEO) and Nancy Fletcher (TAB President & CEO) who prepared a very interesting program of a relevant speakers. American experts talked about new media and the recession that hit the world market but they also discussed trends in outdoor advertising industry.
The program ended with the event, the most prestigious annual award ceremony for the creativity in outdoor advertising, 68th OAAA's Annual OBIE Awards. The award for "Best of Show" was won by the creative team from TDA agency for First Bank, the campaign "We Care about Small Business”.
23. September 2010 - Weekend Media Festival 10'
From 23th to 25th September 2010. we attended the third Weekend Media Festival in Rovinj, the central event of the Croatian media industry.
Interesting lectures and the biggest names in the world of communication and creative entertainment, attracted 2500 participants this year from the fields of media, marketing and PR.
Eminent speakers, 120 experts in the field of communication were an integral part this year of the WMF.
Six lectures, fourteen panel discussions and two workshops, ensured us instructive and very interesting weekend. Weekend Media Festival again confirmed its status as a media event in Croatia.
25. November 2009 - European Advertising Festival 2009
From the 25th until the 27th of November we have attended the Eurobest Festival in Amsterdam, Netherlands, so to keep up with the newest trends in the advertising industry. This festival is one of the most important in Europe, as it culminates with the assignment of the prestigious Eurobest Awards for creative excellence, and this year was exceptionally interesting.
More than 850 delegates from 35 countries were present at the Eurobest Festival 2009. The programme consisted of 26 seminars and 9 workshops, held by more than 80 professionals in their respective fields. We were lucky to attend the lectures of Mark Tutssel (Chief Creative Officer, Leo Burnett Worldwide), Olivier Altmann (Co-Chairman, Chief Creative Officer) and Richarda Pinder (Chief Operating Officer) from Publicis Worldwide, as well as honorable representatives from some of the most worldwide renowned brands such as McDonald's (Pierre Worezcek – Senior Vice-President and Chief Brand and Strategy Officer for Europe), Adidas (Chris Barbour – Head of Global Digital Marketing) or Microsoft (Alex Dale – Chief Marketing Officer for Western Europe). The Awards ceremony which followed is the largest in Europe, as the winners were selected by a panel of high-profile specialists in as many as 11 different sections (Print, Outdoor, Direct, Interactive, TV/Media etc.) This year's finalists in each category can be found here.
The organisers made sure the evening programme is just as gratifying. The networking nights in Amsterdam's advertising agencies' offices, as well as the Awards ceremony and its afterparty left nobody disappointed.
19. September 2009 - Weekend Media Festival 2009
From the 17th until the 19th of September 2009, and following good memories from last year, once again we attended the three-day Weekend Media Festival in Rovinj, the central happening of the Croatian media industry. This festival is a succesful blend of captivating educative content from the most prominent names of the communications industry and creative entertainment concepts, which gathers chief actors of the region in the fields of media, marketing and PR.
This year's Weekend hosted some eminent speakers from the communications industry. Google's Head of New Markets EMEA, Christian Hernandez Gaillard, held an especially interesting lecture on the future of media and the industry, as he spoke much of the new media and the opportunities for innovative types of advertising they offer. The former career manager for stars such as Britney Spears and Justin Timberlake, as well as the creator of some of the most popular American TV reality shows, Robert Lee, led a stimulating interactive workshop. Within the workshop, the audience themselves suggested ideas for potential new TV reality shows, which were then constructively criticized and developed under the guidance of the charismatic mr. Lee.
The panel discussions touched upon somewhat more serious topics such as the impact of the global financial crisis on the media (and vice versa), as well as the future of business media and the influence of PR efforts on media content. Counting eight lectures and as many as twelve panel discussions, the Weekend Media Festival 2009 confirmed its status of the most important and substantive event of the region's media industry.
12. May 2008 - Record-breaking sizes
On Monday 12th of May 2008 on Trg kralja Tomislava we raised one of the biggest portals in the center of Zagreb.
The portal of 427m2 attracts attention with a magnificent advertisement of Peugeot’s tin pet.
15. April 2008 - TAB Out-of-Home Media Conference and Marketing Expo
From 13th until15th of April 2008 we attended the TAB OUT OF HOME MEDIA CONFERENCE & MARKETING EXPO in Boca Raton, Florida.
It was hosted by Jack Sullivan (Senior Vice President and Out-of-Home Media Director, Starcom USA) and Sean Reilly (COO & President, Lamar Advertising Company, Outdoor Divison) who prepared a programme with an outstanding agenda of relevant speakers and panelists which were discussing what is happening in the outdoor advertising industry. Also, there were three informative and stimulating workshops and Marketing Expos where one could enjoy the latest in innovation, technology and media.
The programme concluded with a gala event, the OAAA's 66th Annual OBIE Awards, a celebration of creative excellence in Out of Home Advertising. In a rare turn of events, OAAA awarded both two Best of Show OBIES to BBDO New York, for BBC World Campaign and HBO Voyeur for Breakthrough Innovation.
